Today a user reported ServiceNow keep drop him off, just stating "Your session has expired, please log in again" (or similar), I found that this is a known issue.
Do you know guys if this was fixed? or is there another workaround for that?

Hello kapnk,
The way it was solved was using this method: Keep being redirected to login --- session has expired
As the users in that discussions stated that cleaning up the browser may or may not work, in my case it worked, at least that is what I think since the user never ask us for support again.

Juan: We have a similar problem with some users in our environment that we are trying to track down. I'd be interested to know the results if you find a solution.
