Setting value using ACL , client script, ui policy

If i set the value of a field to visible using acl.
and i set the same field to read only using client script or ui policy , what will execute on it?

Hi @abdullahkhan852 

 

  • If the ACL makes the field invisible, the client script or UI policy will not execute because the field won't be available on the form.
  • If the ACL allows the field to be visible, the client script or UI policy will make the field read-only.

My question is 
If I set the value of a field to "EDITABLE" , can write  visible using acl.
and I set the same field to read only using client script or ui policy , what will execute on it?
