As Tony rightfully pointed out, you'd need to complete the IT Service Management Implementation course such as this: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course_id=c8730ad847679914f6b11244846d43...
Once the course is fully completed, you'll be awarded with the course badge showing you completed it and it will unlock the voucher. The voucher is included with the price paid for the instructor led version of the course. For the OnDemand version, you'll have to pay for it separately. You'll be able to go to your profile within Now Learning and then click "My Vouchers" on the left-hand side menu. From there, you can claim your voucher by double-checking all pre-requisites are completed and the payment has been made. If you need assistance, log a support case, as has been mentioned above.
