Hi,
We are investigate the feasibility of integrating Splunk with ServiceNow to automatically create Incident or Request records based on defined Splunk alerts with routing to specific ServiceNow assignment groups based on the category.
What is the most reliable integration pattern for real-time ticket creation? I'm finding conflicting information online and SN doesn't have much documentation on this?
Should we install both splunk add on for servicenow(on Splunk end) & splunk integration (on SN) for this to work?
