Show attachment on ritm on service operations workspace

I need to show attachments with link at top of RITM.please help me here.

you cannot show it directly.

what's the use-case to show files there on top header?

It's not a good UI experience.

The fields there help agents to see the RITM details at a glance.

The agents can always see the files in right side in contextual side panel.
