Users being removed from the group by system

Hello Experts,
I'm trying to add one person to some group but when I check next day that person is not showing up in the group members. As part of troubleshooting I've checked the deleted records and found that it is updated by system. I've checked all the Business rules and scheduled jobs but unable to find how the person is being removed from the group.
Could you please help me to find out root cause?

Are you maintaining user and groups in the AD, and through that it might be getting removed?
Check the timings of the scheduled import and the time the user membership table record is getting deleted.

Hi Aman,
Yes, we have AD integration for users and groups. I've added the member to group again and I'll check and timing when it will be removed again and will compare scheduled import time of ldap. I'll update in next 24 hours

Hi
Check if there is any auto flush created.
Navigate to sys_auto_flush.LIST and filter with table sys_user_grmember
