how to show variables fields on RITM and Catalog tasks which are submitted on catalog form

Hi 

I noticed that the catalog item contains many variables, but after submitting the form, the generated RITM only displays a few of those variables.
Could you please let me know if there is any way to display all variables on the RITM and SC task form?
