show workflow link is not visible in related links in an requested item

hi,

show workflow link is not visible in related links for some requested items. I have checked the UI actions to show workflow but everything seems to be ok. But i don't know what changes should i make.

Did you check those RITMs have workflow triggered for them?

yes. It has a workflow.

I am not referring about catalog item having workflow

Did you check for the RITM you are checking has any active workflow context running or not?
