Anyone skipped a few versions before when upgrading?
We want to go from Geneva to Jakarta.

Hi Rudi,
Yes, you can skip over versions. It means your list of what needs reviewing is much longer than if you stay current with each release. The end result is still the same however. If you had to review 1000 things going from Geneva to Helsinki and another 1000 from Helsinki to Istanbul and another 1000 from Istanbul to Jakarta, you'll likely have to review 3000 from Geneva to Jakarta. It's not exactly the same number, but roughly.

Do you suggest any ServiceNow Recommended "no. of versions" that can be skipped during an upgrade
