Hey guys, what's up ? First time here.
Im new in the SN world and need a lil bit of assist.
Im trying to configure one service catalog item, with conditional SLA task .
Let me try to explain:
If in the request item , the caller choose option A, start catalog task A with SLA 2 days.
Else, the caller choose option B, star catalog Task B with 8 Hours SLA.
And the Task sla, should guide the Request SLA.
That's possible to do ?
