I can't locate any videos, webinars or documentation outlining best practices for SLA Management. Does anyone have something that I'm missing?

Hi Marc,

yes I did actually 😊👍 however, I haven't gotten round yet to translating from Swedish to English. I plan to do that during July, I'll get back to you! I'll also read up on the other provided links.

I would also be very interested in the document you have put together.  Unfortunately, the extent of my Swedish is limited to Ikea (which is present all over my house ;-)) as well as International Hockey Competition or NHL Players!

So if by any chance you have been able to translate your work and are willing to share it with us, that would be awesome.
