Some of the SLA/OLA's are still in paused state even stop conditions are met.
SLA/OLA's are active in the system.

Hi @Sanjeeva Nagend ,
Please share a snip of both the pause, resume and stop condition from the SLA definition. By doing this, it will be much easier to help you.

Hi @Sanjeeva Nagend ,
Sure that the stop conditions are met? According to the pause condition, then it's looking at "status is XXX", but for stop condition it is looking for "requested item.status is XXX"? You can also read the servicenow documentation on why dot-walking should never be utilized on SLAs: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0827004
