SOW Experts on-call

Hello everyone!
I have a question regarding the Experts on-call feature of SOW.
Is the feature somewhat connected to Collaboration Services plugin? What I mean is, when installing the related SN store applications (MS Teams, Zoom, Slack), does it all also appear on the Experts on-call feature?

or is it only limited to MS Teams only?
