SOW workspace configure reassign window

Hi,

did anyone know how to add fields to the sow "reassign" window?

I know this is pretty old, but in case anyone happens upon this question in the future, here's how I was able to add fields to the modal.

 

Change your scope to Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace

Navigate to System UI > Views

Find and open the view with Title SOW Assign Modal

In the Form Sections related list, open the section that's on the table you wish to modify.
In the Section Elements related list, add fields using the New button, or remove fields by selecting and deleting.

Update the order of each element appropriately.
