Hi Folks,
I have noticed that when you put fields in between check boxes and hide them using a policy it does not render the same look as compared to check boxes without fields in between them.
The image below have fields inserted in between each checkbox. They are hidden using a UI policy. I also tried hiding via a script using setDisplay and set Visible and it still looks the same.
I was hoping it to look like the image below
Is there anyway I can do this without using any DOM or anything that would not work with the mobile interface.

Hi Sean,
I've never seen this behavior before and use UI policies with checkboxes and fields all the time.
Q: Are these variables on a catalog item/record producer or fields on a table record?

Thank you for your response Chuck
The check boxes are variables on an order guide.

Thats kind of what I thought. There are some differences between variable and field behavior. This looks like one of them. I don't like it either.
I recommend reaching out to customer support. I'll be interested to hear what they have to say.

Hi Sean,
I have the same issue in the Service Portal on Requested Items (variables), have you gotten any solution to this?
Best regards,
