Split Screen View

Hello,

I am a ITIL member and have access to view tickets that are assigned to me, however when I try and select the gear button then split layout horizontal it prompts me the window below.   When I move the the browser to a different screen with bigger screen (Dual Monitor capability)   size it opens the split layout just fine.   Is there anything I need to do to make it work on the other screen which is prompting my that message?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried Chrome? I'm using a Mac with Firefox and Safari and it seems to work fine.


I am using Chrome, but have also tried in IE and the same thing happens, but like I said only on one monitor screen when I switch to the other Monitor it works perfectly and does not display the error message.

We also had this issue and logged a call with ServiceNow. They have created a problem record for this and its fixed in Eureka Patch 10.

We are on Fuji Patch 1 and experiencing this issue as well.


We have a ticket raised with the HI Team, awaiting for a confirmation on which version has this been fixed.



Note: We do not observe this issue on Fuji Patch 2
