SSO Login

Hi Team,

Recently we have implemented Azure SSO integration for ServiceNow. The users were able to login.

But when user tries to login to instance the next day,its asking to enter the credentials again.

Any reason why it is asking to enter the credential once it was already loggedin for first time.

Any inputs will be helpfull.

Thanks and Regards,

Akhil.

Hi @VanamaAkhil

Technically, once SSO is enabled, if a user is already logged in to the system or any internal link via SSO, ServiceNow should not prompt for a password. Since it is SSO, once the user is authenticated, it should work automatically, even if the user tries accessing the same link again.

Yes Atul,Even Iam having one SSO loginID,Everytime I login its asking the credentials, not sure what the exact issue is.

Hi @VanamaAkhil

I checked with my client, and I think this is the expected behavior. When a user logs out for the day and logs back in, at least once they need to enter their password. My client confirmed this, so there is nothing wrong here.
