SSO Login

Hi Team,

Recently we have implemented Azure SSO integration for ServiceNow. The users were able to login.

But when user tries to login to instance the next day,its asking to enter the credentials again.

Any reason why it is asking to enter the credential once it was already loggedin for first time.

Any inputs will be helpfull.

yes provided you are in normal browser window and not in incognito mode.

If you are using incognito and you close browser window it should ask you login to sso page every time you close and open.

Just want to check one more thing,one of the user is accessing the ServiceNow link and once he clicks on that it is redirected to company's SSO page which is as expected.But when he enters the email and next it is asking to enter the pin instead of password.when he enters the pin he is getting the following error.

Note: He is able to login to ServiceNow instance via Incognito(Email followed by password and not the pin)

Atul:

This is due to MFA being set up that way.

If a user is getting an error, it means they are not authorized, or there is an issue with MFA or credential mapping.
