Hi Everyone,
Can anyone give idea on, how the Closed change count and Unsuccessful change count fields are caculated on Standard Change Template form. (refer attached snapshot)
The issue is these fields are showing wrong value.
I found that there is SNC script include StdChangeUtilsSNC which update these fields, and I didn't find how it is being called.
Anything I'm missing? please suggest.
Thanks
Abdul

i guess its showing correct value, its not showing for all the standard change templates but the "Reboot windows server". Do you have any change requests with this template which are closed or closed unsucessful which are not displayed here.
Thanks

Yeah, I have shared snap from PDI.
Its actually showing wrong count in my client instance, which I can't show.
I'm not able to find how the SI is being called. How can we check.
