Hi ,

As an admin  once I open  Standard change My proposal or open proposal the   its  showing the  below  values  in change_request values

find_real_file.png

Once I  open this with an ITIL role  where  full  access  has been provided  to  std_chnage_proposal , table  ( create access)  but still  the  blow value is  not populated with  that role.

Can anyone tell  any other  access is also required to be provided.

Its  not working I am not sure  what is  the  issue  if I give  a full control also  in the  std_change_proposal table still its nit displaying. Read  write both , when I  go to the  standard change  catalog  apeart   from admin user  its showing not authorized , Is it happening because of this restriction. the  same is  working in PDI.

In that case can you check Service Catalog >> Catalog Defintions >> Maintain Categories & then look for Standard changes category.

Open the category record scroll down & check if the Related list Available For, Not Available for has some criteria added.

Not authorized issue  I have fixed just now , but still the  same issue its not because of this. Thanks  for your quick response.

So, If I understand there was a criteria before (Available For/Not Available for) which you removed now but still it does not help.

Correct me if this is not the case.

The category was inactive   I have  activated it and its  showing to  the user now.

Some how the change request value do not have  access to ITIL users  only  admin is able to view. I have  provided  access to Standard change property also to the  user  , the  property  menu  is showing to the  user  now  , but again  if  I check the  "change request  values" - the   5 values  I mention in the  snap earlier  what ever is  defined  in the  standard change properties  is not showing to user .

template_value  filed  under  std_change_proposal table

or

default_value  filed  under  std_change_properties

table  must have  some restriction.
