Hi ,

As an admin  once I open  Standard change My proposal or open proposal the   its  showing the  below  values  in change_request values

Once I  open this with an ITIL role  where  full  access  has been provided  to  std_chnage_proposal , table  ( create access)  but still  the  blow value is  not populated with  that role.

Can anyone tell  any other  access is also required to be provided.

Hi,

Did you try debug security rules as an admin; then impersonate and visit the record

Check which ACL is blocking

Hi Arnab,

for me in my PDI

1) admins cannot edit change request values for existing records

2) admins can edit change request valued for new records

For existing records there is this client script which possibly blocks the edit

Client Script: Set template value read only

If you disable this client script even admins can edit the change request values field for existing records

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Thanks  for the  reply but not working  I  am also not  why  it is not happening

template_value  - stored  in any other  table

Hi Arnab,

So if you disable that client script what happens with admin

admin -> able to write?

non-admin -> able to write?
