System has created record but How can I find out from where a record was created?

Hi all, 

Every week on Monday, RITM and associated catalog tasks are created by "system". 

I'd like to know how these records are created. Is it from scheduled job or from somewhere else? 

I also looked at the scheduled job but couldn't find anything.

How can I find out how these records are created?  Could you please help me to find out? 

I have attached XML and other details

I would look for Scheduled job, Inbound email action, Flow designer . Did you check these? This is happening only for Advice tech support item?

Hi Jay,

Look at the time window and look for any data loads or integrations during that time frame.
