Telecom billing in ServiceNow

When I visited the dmkpartners.com site I couldn't find anything about Telecom Management.   Please post more information here about your Telecom Management solution that you're porting to ServiceNow.   I'm particularly interested in the timeframe of when you expect to have it in ServiceNow.

Hi Erica,

There may be another player in the market that made it onto my radar last week.  Proven Optics.  

The University of California at Berkeley is still using Pinnacle, integrated with ServiceNow on the backend.
