I'm interested to know if anyone is doing telecom billing in ServiceNow - particularly having replaced Pinnacle or MySoft.

I'm hoping you have more information about developments in this area, specifically regarding the replacement of Pinnacle with the SN Telecom Service Management platform instead of integration. This seems to be an ongoing challenge for many.

We at the University of Chicago have received RFP's (albeit kind of old now) to complete replacement of Pinnacle in ServiceNow. Problem is right now we are in the midst of replacing our Financial System and working on integrations between that and Pinnacle before we can focus on what to do with Pinnacle.

We have been part of Pinnacle replacements for telecom billing, but also facilitate billing of other non-telecom IT Services.
