Hi,
I have the role : template_editor_group
In Service Workspace operation, I've created Incident models and shared them with technicians who have the ITIL role. The problem is that the technicians can delete them, but I don't want them to.
Is there anything I can do to prevent them from deleting the models I've shared?
Thank you

Hi @Sheh
I saw something similar issue a few days back, so in this case you need to update the UI action condition, if user.hasrole is template editor they can delete else no.
Check OOTB UI action for syntax. ( For change closed/ cancelled)

Hi,
I have another question please.
When I create a template from an incident not closed, all fields are prepopulated. But when I create a template from a closed incident, the fields aren't prepopulated.
Can you help.
Thank you.
