Templates - How can I share a template (for incident) with more then one group and not global?

How can I share a template (for incident) with more then one group and not global? the current "group" field only lets us select one group. Anyone know an alternative? Or possibly a way to make the "group" field able to select multiple groups (like a Watch List looking field)?

Nevermind, I figured out a way. I can utilize the roles option on the template form. In order to share with multiple roles, you need to make it a global template and then share with just the roles you want.

Maybe you can help me. I have a request to create a incident record and "depending" on what type of incident is requested (radio button selected by the user) route the incident to the appropriate group. I have 3 potential "groups" that could recieve the incident. I'm thinking I should use a template in a Record Producer since everything will be the same EXCEPT who gets the request ..
Do you know of a way to use the Record Producer and template but "send" the incident to the correct group? It looks like the template has the ability to assign to "only one" group at a time.
