the attachments of the form should automatically get attached to the quick message

I have a URGENT requirement that the attachments of the form should automatically get attached to the quick message or UI action that is created for that form to trigger the email.

Can we get the attached attachments of the form on UI ACTION Or ON QUICK Message?
