Hi,
The field Roles of my Catalog Items is not filled automatically with snc_internal. Why is this and how can I have it filled in with snc_internal?
Thanks in advance

Did you check any pattern i.e. it's not getting added to newly created catalog item which are created in particular month or so?
When did you activate that Explicit roles plugin in your instance?

If the glide.sc.use_user_criteria property is set to false then the snc_internal role will be auto-assigned to newly created catalog items else you have to define catalog access using user criteria via Available for and Not Available for related lists.
Note : It is not a best practise to turn-off glide.sc.use_user_criteria property
If I could help you with my response you can mark it as helpful and correct as it benefits future viewers
Thanks,
