There is no x(close ) element in info message

Hello,

I have problem with info message. I need to have info message (after clicking Edit... button) for Incident Pending Change related list in change request application. I put code into Edit... ui action (for my related list it's OOB global ui action, where comments field is : One to Many (reference floats) ). I used gs.addInfoMessage() method and when the message is showed,   there is no x (close) element. The same behavior I noticed for gs.addErrorMessage() .I tried to use script includes FormInfoHeader" as well.   Result was always the same . No possibility to close message. Please help, If somebody has any idea how to make possible   closing   message.

Hello Chuck,

I wasn't allowed to use this solution as it's using undocumented API and it could be a little bit risky but thank you for your response. I suppose that this is a bug because always first message has a cross to close info and now it's hidden under a header.That's way I only see the rest of messages and I can't close them.

BTW

I'm big fan of your TechNow series and I wait for new episodes.It was very helpful during passing my SNOW exam. I 'm waiting for episode about integration
