Hi @Udaykiranv
What is use case of this. OOTB the related list is there for incident task. Use that mate.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Is this a statement of something you see as best practice? What is your question? Have you documentation stating that there should be a button on your configuration, but it isn't there? Are you asking on how to create a button to create an Incident task? Is the button there, but do you need to change the conditions on when it shows?
Also missing info: are you working in a workspace or in the old back end?
Please, when creating a question on the community, provide information so people can help you and not need to make all kinds of assumptions, causing them to potentially waste their (personal!) time on helping you, without having the proper information to do so.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
