This step did not execute due to the execution being canceled.

Hi Team

While running the ATF tests in the Dev instance, I am getting the message:

"This step did not execute due to the execution being canceled."

I also observed that in the Dev instance, the Step Configuration table contains only 5 records, whereas in the QA instance, there are around 100 records.

Could you please help me identify the reason for the missing step configurations and guide me on how to resolve this issue?

This is unusual behavior in ATF.

When you click run does the client test runner window opens or not?

If yes and it directly goes to cancelled stage, then you need to raise HI ticket with servicenow.
