New to ServiceNow and on the Istanbul release. I am trying to find a way to have three columns for a Catalog Item on the ServicePortal. I successfully accomplished this with containers on the ITIL Platform as seen in the image below:
This is how it renders on the Service Portal view:
Some of the reading I have done suggests that the Service Portal is limited to two column in an effort to maintain simplicity and readability. I'm not real quick to accept that.
Has anyone been able to accomplish something similar to the three columns?
