Transform map record not provided-error while importing data

Hello,

I get this error when I do data import from CSV files:

"Transform map record not provided, transform stopped: no thrown error"

Any idea about why it happens?

I have some records in ServiceNow. Users attach files to that records and then I trigger imports with a UI action. Transform works for some records and import data from attached file but for some records, I get this error.

Anybody has seen this error before ever?

Have you mapped the fields from temporary (source) table to permanent (target) table.

Yes, I have done that. That is the reason it works -sometimes- for some records but it doesn't work for some others.

1. Is it a domain separated instance?

2. Target table falls under scoped application?
