Trying to figure out how to close RITM and REQ if all tasks are completed in a CI without BR/script

I have a CI for onboarding...I know I know it can be done in HR but they want it like this in ITSM, anyways the submission of the form will generate a bunch of tasks that need to be worked through, examples are in the pics.  Once I go in to close all the tasks out I am needing the RITM and then the REQ to change the state to Closed Complete for REQ and stage completed.  I dont want to do this using a BR and want to utilize Flow designer, how do I do this?

I'm pretty new to this as well - but I think you need to remove the End Flow action after your last task is generated; it seems like that would be keeping your next step of setting RITM/REQ to closed from happening.
