Hello,
We are into an early stage in ServiceNow implementation. I am wondering if anyone could share the UAT testing test scripts for the following modules?
1. Incident
2. Change
3. Problem
4. Service Request
5. Knowledge

Please refer to the quick start tests in ATF module where you have prebuilt tests that are in inactive state. These are tests bundled per module (not all but some) and could give you an idea of the use cases for the tests.
