UI Action to trigger Appointment

Hi

Not overly technical so if possible please use laymen terms!

 

I am wanting to add a UI action button, next to update, close case etc. called 'Calender Invite' on our case table. I have the Appointment > tasks related table on the cases and the functionality this provides is ideal, I just wanted to add a physical button that triggers the same workflow as the appointment workflow (shown below)

Can anyone assist please?

 

Also, to take this a step further, is there a way you can invite the contact of the case to the appointment too and include a meeting link via teams?

Hi @Lee Coogan 

 

I am not good in coding but few steps:

- Create a new UI action

- Provide the name and select where you want to display.

- To send the invite, I am not 100% sure but if you check the OOTB UI action from CAB Workbench (Send meeting invite)
