UI action Update is not working on Agent workspace

UI action Update is not working on Agent workspace for Incidents. UI action is visible however its not saving any changes or updating and returning to list view; as it does in the platform. The UI action is working exactly correct in the platform (Updates incident and returns to list) Below is the screeenshot of the UI Action and agent workspace. Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?

So basically, UI actions in workspaces is client-side, so you need to do the adjustments accordingly. The section "Caller a Server side UI action" could maybe help you out 🙂
