UI Policy not working in Agent Workspace - SCTASK

Hello everyone, 

We have a custom field in the SCTASK form that is meant to be used only by the Service Desk. 
It is mandatory before closing it and was setup as Global. I've cleared the Global checkbox and created a second UI Policy just for Workspace view, but even though is not working.
What am I missing?

We have a similar issue with UI policy after Quebec upgrade. I have followed the below workaround.

1. Set Run scripts flag as true

2. Set Run scripts in UI type as ALL

This workaround was working fine in Paris , but it is broken in Quebec.

can you confirm if there are any additional steps.

Did u find solution for this issue? I checked runscript and set Run Script type to ALL but still facing this issue.
