Unable to Attach Files to Catalog Item

We have a new hire form that sometimes requires a file to be attached and have been using the form for years.

Recently we have had a couple of users that are no longer able to attach files but were able to attach in the past.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Are these user getting any error which doing attachment?

No errors

So , there are not load the attachement? Is any ACL blocking or system issue?

t to my knowledge, we have not make any ACL changes.

I was testing with one of the users on his VDI.

When I used the same browser session, logged out as user, logged in as myself, I could attach files just fine.

It was on the exact machine, same browser, same session!
