Hello @GD11 ,
Could you please try the below:
- Remove the variables having backend name same as of variable set, which will help resolve the error.
- Then copy the record producer.
- After that you need to add the variable set (that was removed) to both your record producers.
Mark helpful if it helped resolving your issue.
Regards,

Hello Govind,
- I just tried on my PDI, and it is working fine for me.
- Just open the record producer again that you want to copy and click on copy
Mark helpful based on the impact.
Thank You

Hi @Shubham Kumbhar I am able to copy it in my PDI too, it is just I can't copy in my office instance.
I checked the values mentioned in the KB and they are all false, there is read only BR 'Validate Portal Settings' which is checking these values, I thought to inactivate BR but it is read only.
I used Insert/insert&stay but same error, I am getting this error - kindly help.
Thanks,
Govind

You 1st need to remove this variable set from your record producer, then copy the record producer.
After that you need to apply the variable set to both your record producers.

Hi @Shubham Kumbhar @Shubha_Prada I am getting same error at the time of creating new record too, is there a global setting/values I need to change somewhere?
