Unable to edit a Workflow checked out by me, anybody else experience this?

Started seeing this after we upgraded to Madrid, has anyone else experienced this? Bug maybe? Is there a fix?

Check for the workflow in Checkout tab.

You should be able to edit the WF when selected from here

Hi,

Look for another version, because at a time only one version in published that's why it will show you in read only. Search same workflow published true and open it then click on show workflow then your issue will resolved.

Hi,

I suspect this should be the role issue. You must have the role to edit workflow.

Do need a workflow role (creator or publisher). Admin alone isn't enough as the ACL doesn't have admin override.

can you please go to your profile and add the workflow editor roles, then you will be able to see workflow publish button.

I checked this Workflow out this morning, starting modifying it, attended a meeting, went back to finish my updates and found the Workflow in this weird state. This has happened several times to me. Same browser, same browser tab.

Hi Prateek, thank you, I will check that next time. Wouldn't that open the same Workflow though?
