Unable to go to next page in List view when using a Group by

Hi,

Does anyone know how to resolve not being able to go to the next page in a List view when using a Group by?

I am working in the Service Desk > My Work module.   When I group by Task Type, I see that I have 35 Catalog Tasks; however, I can only see 20 when I expand the list and it will not let me use the arrows to advance to the next page.   As a workaround, I did discover I could go to the hamburger icon > Show > 50 rows per page and then could see all on 1 page.

Hi Adam,



Click on the link Task Type that it is grouped by, in your case it would be Catalog Task.   This will open the Catalog Task types in a list view and then you can use the arrows to change pages to view above your view limit.   To go back to the grouped view, click back on your browser.   I hope this helps.

I think it might be the cache issue. Try clearing your browser and instance cache, lets see if it makes any difference.

Thanks for the reply!   Unfortunately, the issue still persists.   I confirmed the issue is there in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.   My default browser is Google Chrome.
