Unable to schedule an Appointment in Walk-up Queue

Hi,
I am new to ServiceNow. I am currently facing a problem in Walk-Up experience.
I am unable to schedule an appointment in Walk-Up experience. After selecting an date, it shows error.
My appointment booking configuration task table is Work Order (default) and
Appointment booking service availability table is Work Order Task
Record Producer table name is Work Order
Pls let me know what goes wrong here and what have i done wrong? Pls help a poor guy here. Been trying for few days now.

Make sure you have add the variable sets :
- Select and add the following variable sets to the record producer using the add button: sn_appointment_variable_set and sn_walkup_variable_set.
