Unable to see incidents related to email while searching in global search

As i am able to see incidents related to email while searching in global search in this  attachment but for one of my another instance i am not able to see like this.So please provide any solution.

Hi @1_DipikaD 
Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary.
- Find the record for the “Short Description” field on the Incident table (incident.short_description).
- Ensure the “Attributes” field contains attribute=search or is configured in a way that doesn’t exclude it from search indexing.
-Review Zing search configurations by navigating to System Properties > Search. Adjust configurations if necessary to ensure incidents are properly indexed. 
-use wildcards (e.g., *email*) to improve search results.

I need to see incidents/requests that contains email not only for short description field but it can be for any field of incident/request form . Please reply me asap.

Hi @1_DipikaD 

Global search will search the word which you mention in that text box, not the email id. So if you try toput the email id full, you can get the results.
