Unable to set email properties -Ignore email when subject starts with text (comma separated, case insensitive) in Inbound email configuration

In our instance, I am unable to set email properties to Ignore email when Subject start with Text(Auto reply)

 

Question: How do i set the property - Ignore email when Subject start with Text( ) in my email properties . Currently, this property is not displayed on screen

Hi Alexis Binu,

Please navigate to System Mailboxes > Filters module,

Then you can add your condition to OOB 'ignore subject' filter. Or else you can refer this and create new one.

You can use Inbound Actions to achieve that. Have you tried?

I tried System Mailboxes> Filters module, and its working now.

They've improved on this functionality and you can now use Email Filters to manage what inbound traffic you ignore. Go to System Mailboxes > Administration > Filters. More info at the link below:
