Unable to set Milestone and Key Milestone on the Project task form

Our customer instance is in London. When we try to select the checkbox milestone or key milestone, then save the changes, the checkbox got unchecked. Any idea if this is the OOB behavior for the project task?

Milestones are project task with duration of 0.

Yup! I saw that as well. Do you have an idea about the key milestone? I can't set a Project task as key milestone.

Hi there - did you ever receive any more information on this?  I am having the same question come up where our team is trying to flag milestones and key milestones on existing tasks and its wiping out the dates and unchecking the boxes when saving. I don't understand how a milestone is supposed to be used if the duration has to be 0?
