Hi All,
Is it possible to add a retrospective comment to an incident?
We have a requirement where users may need to update a comment with a backdated timestamp if they forgot to document actions taken during the certain time period. This way, when a PDF of the ticket is generated, the full activity history, including these retrospective updates, will be visible.
Would there be a way to enable this functionality?
for ex: I want to update a comment between these dates now

No that's not possible, updated time will take from current time. ServiceNow have limitation here.
