Updated the password on user profile, but still username or password incorrect error showing during login.
ADFS is enabled and facing issue with setting password for AD account created on ServiceNow.
AD password and password set on ServiceNow both shows the same error.

Hi Arun, simply add the following two columns on your list view of sys_user table. Click in each box and clear the content

Yes Kieran, I followed the same step and then set an password for the user.
When i try to login with that password, it shows user name & password not correct and also the account gets locked out on user profile.

Hi Kieran
When i remove the LDAP server name and OU information for the user and update the password, Able to login with the set password.
But again after some time, LDAP server and OU information auto updates for the account. How to resolve this.

Hi,
If you set to false this property 'glide.ldap.authentication' ServiceNow will ignore the LDAP fields and you will be able to log in without any problem through /login.do.
