Active chat windown is visible to agent in workspace.

Hi,

when the agent in the agent workspace accept the chat queue from the inbox, the active chat window is prompted for few seconds and then it disappears.

How can we fix this issue?

Hello Afsar,

Please check if agent has below three roles in his profile.? mark my answer as correct or hit like based on impact. I believe agent doesn't have access to interaction table due to which screen is disappearing.

Hi Musab, i have the same issue and i checked the settings you recommend. The error still occurs. I get the chat and accept it, after 1 -2 seconds its dropped from the workspace.

I also checked that sn_agent_workspace.chat.... Is enabled.

What else do i need to do to get the chat to work correctly ?

Validate if there is a label change on interaction field "Type". This would interfere with the OOB configuration. 

Or

Ensure your agent logged in on Agent Workspace and the end user you are testing with are different. 

Browser 1: Agent XYZ

Incognito Browser 2: End User ABC 

This have worked for me in the past, let me know if this helps
