User Criteria Application to Audiences

Hi Everyone,

I have added a list to Agent HR Workspace.while trying to create Audience, User criteria Inclusion and Exclusion lists are not displayed even after the property glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled is set to true.

Check the client scripts on the form. Those are hiding related lists if you already have an audience onLoad (as you have with the role filled).
If that's already inactivated, check your form layout. If it was ever changed, updates from ServiceNow during patching/upgrades won't be applied.
